Gritty McDuff's

Today I'm playing the role of Vacationland Guide.

If you're ever in Maine, eat at Gritty McDuff's. My personal favorite location is the Freeport brewery/pub, but they've also got spots in Portland and Lewiston-Auburn. The Black Fly Stout will knock your socks off.

We bought a Gritty Dozen variety pack last weekend. Yum!

What Spring will mean

This corn field sits less than half a mile from my house. In a few weeks, Mr. Dairy Farmer will be tilling and fertilizing these fields.

Ah...I love the smell of manure in the morning.

Hey guys. Well, I missed 18 days of photos. Instead of posting my make up pics all at once, I'll do it a little at a time each day for the next week or so.

This is me trying to remember that winter is beautiful. Even though it's also a pain in the butt.

Buried

We had to have the snow bank in our dooryard pushed back to make room for the storm we're going to get this weekend. Another 6-12 inches is predicted. Now we really can't get to the shed.

I think I want to move to South Africa. Elle...can I stay with you for awhile????

This is my pathway at 12:01 A.M. It was the fourth time I'd shoveled it during our storm.

Side effects from Project 365

Because I've been carrying my camera around with me everywhere I go, I was able to snap a few pictures of a gorgeous Maine sky (as Mr. Bob Ross used to say, "happy little clouds") and a super rad flock of turkeys as I was picking my son up from practice this evening. Since I already posted my Photo Of The Day this morning, you can consider these a mere aside.
