My camera batteries are dead. The batteries in the remote don't have enough juice to help me out. I'll have to wait until after my dooryard is plowed out tomorrow morning to get some more.

Shoot. Wish it would snow here so's I'd have that excuse.
I was just remembering the 'old' days. Way back when taking photographs meant pointing and clicking with NO idea what the picture was going to look like, then waiting for the chemist to develop the spool, and finally getting to see the pictures ... and being stuck with shots of people with red eyes, funny faces, moving in a blur, feet only, sky only .. etc.
